Taylor Blom, the owner of Surv Lakeshore, is passionate about seeing lives and communities transformed through purpose-driven business and discovering the beautiful places where faith and work intersect. As a founder, investor, and consultant, Taylor loves working on a business venture’s start-up side to help create freedom, fulfillment, and flourishing for everyone involved.
As a husband and father of two energetic boys, Taylor enjoys traveling with his family, playing and coaching soccer, and sharing good meals with family and friends.

Prior to providing help around the home, recruits go through an interview (phone and in-person), as well as full background and reference checks.
All new Surv workforce members are paired with our foreman mentors who have extensive experience in odd jobs and in individually mentoring local workers.
