- I used Angi’s List to install a a new front storm door. The people didn’t speak English and spent 7 hours trying to install it. They left an absolute mess of it. It was inside out, the door handles fell out and it wouldn’t lock. The glass … More was falling out.
I called Surv and Tristan came out to look at it. He said it was the worst he’d seen. He was able to take everything down and put it back up professionally. Tristan is amazing. He’s very knowledgeable, personable, professional and friendly. He quoted me a good price and just finished. The difference is night and day.
I plan to use Surv from now on for any needs they can assist with. Don’t use Angi. They don’t vet their “pros.” They were reading the instructions and had to get a 3rd non English speaking person out here. 3 of them couldn’t install it properly. Call the real pros next time.

7/29/2026Tristan came out for a second job with the door and worked me in the next day. I needed insulation on the bottom of the door. After day 1 of a 2 day project, I would say 5 stars. Josh showed up on time and worked non stop. Given this was in 100+ heat index he was even more impressive. Day 2 was even hotter be the guys pushed through. Needed a couple hours extra and they came through again even in the pouring rain. I would definitely recommend them!
Had them back for another day of work And just as satisfied the second time around. Their workers/technicians are very competent and very polite and professional. Because I’m hard of hearing them speaking English is a must and they do. If you’re thinking about using these people go for it I don’t think you’ll be sorry - Great efficient service. Blake was very prompt in responding. I needed old furniture moved out and they did a great job.
