The two gentleman that assisted were the best type of people: enthusiastic, energetic, kind, and hilarious. Their attitude was infectious and they provided instant solutions for every snag we hit during our move that day. I've never seen two individuals move that much equipment without issue -- everything was handled perfectly and quickly!
I needed some landscaping done before winter so I called Surv to use their services personally. I received a callback 30 minutes later from the amazing Doreen, who understood exactly what I needed and worked with me over 2 days to secure an estimate and schedule a time. EZ PZ! The day-of, we were provided an accurate arrival time and got a call from the similarly wonderful yard grandmaster, Gio. Gio was the COOLEST dude and shared every trait his coworkers have shown thus far -- personable, attentive, considerate, and fun. Gio left our patio area 100x better than I even expected: 1000s of weeds pulled, space tidied up, and all the yard bags removed. He did this in record time and I can't thank him enough for helping us out, going well-above and beyond. Surv has me looking around my house and considering breaking things just to enjoy their services again. Their rates are the best around, too! You WILL NOT be disappointed if they use them. Hope to do business in the future! :) - I hired SURV to move all my outside furniture and garden boxes to our basement. They also moved inside furniture to allow me to rotate two rugs. Still one more update to include Dan. He excels in what he does, has a lot of goodwill and the ability to find a way to get a challenging job done, and is very polite and pleasant to deal with. He shows appreciation for his customers and genuine interest in completing their projects according to how they dreamed the finished product to be.
Update. Today, Dec. 22, 2025, John did some work at our house. To say that he did an excellent job would be an understatement. He deserves more than five stars. Besides being very skillful, he cares. At some point, I asked him if he could estimate the space for a picture i hadn't unpacked yet, which matched one already on the wall. He did it. A moment later, as I was looking for more pictures to hang, he saw one that looked similar to the one yet to be located. Upon realization that it was not the matching picture, John said, "I was getting excited, thinking you'd found it.". That meant a lot and said a lot. It meant that at a time in history when callousness is praised and rewarded while caring is mocked and punished, John still cared. Besides his skill to get the job done, he's a great communicator -- and stayed additional time to complete the job. Thank you. - Great work and good workers.

- Our young SURV representative came to our house as scheduled and re-secured a second story shutter on our house. Since this was a fairly brief job, he offered to perform one or more additional quick jobs, and we requested one. He was very … More efficient, professional, thorough and friendly. We couldn't ask for better assistance. My husband and I are both in our 80's, and this simple task would have been beyond our scope these days.
- Isiah & Cordell moved a piano for me from basement to 1st floor. They did an excellent job. After assessing the plan they realized they needed extra hands to ascend deck stairs with the piano, called someone and 2 more guys were there … More quickly! Isiah & Cordell needed some frozen snow off steps to safely access with the piano ; I had no snow-melt product. They quickly found a couple of garden tools and banged & swept the snow away from their path! These young men were resourceful, knew what they were doing, & very pleasant to work with! I would use them again without hesitation.
SURV was wonderful to work with, from my first call in setting up the appointment to their call when they needed to reschedule. They understood the complication of moving a piano and expressed a desire to have the right team here to do the work for me! I would use their services again without hesitation! - very good service - thank you!

Another job perform by a pleasant young … More man name Tuss, he worked along cleaning up and putting things in the dumpster I got. Since he was by himself I helped by organizing to what needed to be tossed. Any concerns he questioned if items were to stay or go. Very pleased with his work he perform arriving on time and straight to work. I give thumbs up on Tuss for being helpful and kind. - John was an excellent handyman and I am very grateful for the work he completed

I was worried because of the forecast of rain but the worker that was scheduled for two hours showed up … More half an hour early and was able to complete all the tasks just before the rain started. He bagged up all the yard waste and even loaded them into my SUV. He worked steadily for the full two hours and completed all the work I asked him to do. Surv continues to be my go to for those odd jobs and projects I can no longer do myself. Reliable, efficient, trustworthy and conscientious are adjective I would use to describe their workers and services. I highly recommend them and their services.
