At Surv of Ogden, we’re a husband‑and‑wife team who genuinely love this community and believe in doing things the right way. I bring a background in strategic business architecture, operations, and hands‑on problem‑solving, while Leslie brings years of experience in healthcare education, team leadership, and process improvement. Together, we chose Surv because it reflects our shared values: integrity, transparency, and service that actually makes people’s lives easier. We’ve both spent our careers helping people, building systems that work, and leading teams with compassion — and Surv gives us a way to bring all of that into the homes and businesses right here in northern Utah where we grew up.
For us, Surv isn’t just a business — it’s a way to strengthen the place we call home. Prior to providing help around the home, recruits go through an interview (phone and in-person), as well as full background and reference checks.
All new Surv workforce members are paired with our foreman mentors who have extensive experience in odd jobs and in individually mentoring local workers.
